These are found to modulate cellular metabolism, which stimulate the immune system, reduce inflammation, accelerate the tissue healing processes and achieve pain relief.

Hydrotherapy massage combines the therapeutic benefits of water and massage techniques to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. It involves using water jets, pressure, and temperature variations to provide a soothing and invigorating massage experience.
